Role Overview

Apply senior-level accounting expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems through accurate, real-world financial analysis and feedback. Your work will help improve how AI models learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, evaluate, and annotate financial reports and statements for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with established accounting standards.
  • Assess audit procedures, identifying gaps, best practices, and regulatory considerations across business scenarios.
  • Create and evaluate financial models for logical structure, accuracy, and actionable insights.
  • Analyze tax-compliance practices and documentation, highlighting risks and compliance concerns.
  • Review legal and financial documents and provide detailed feedback on clarity, correctness, and regulatory alignment.
  • Deliver clear, constructive written and verbal feedback on project materials while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Support the development and evaluation of AI training datasets, drawing on experience with data labeling, annotation, or model evaluation processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of corporate-level accounting experience, including complex financial scenarios.
  • Strong proficiency in financial reporting, audit procedures, financial modeling, tax compliance, legal document review, and feedback delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate actionable findings clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Experience with human data projects, such as data labeling, annotation, reinforcement learning from human feedback, or model evaluation, is preferred.
  • Strong analytical judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Adaptability, a growth mindset, and interest in applying accounting expertise in innovative contexts.
  • A reliable accounting professional who can work effectively both independently and collaboratively.

Work Terms

  • Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

  • $58 to $110 per hour.
