As the first point of contact for customers, vendors, visitors and team members, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience while supporting our daily operations.
Welcome visitors and create a warm, professional first impression
Answer, screen and direct incoming calls with a smile and provide outstanding customer service
Provide information and assistance to customers, vendors and guests
Log incoming gas detection meters for repair and service
Maintain and update records, databases, ACT CRM and tracking logs
Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Support office security procedures and visitor sign-in processes
Assist with filing, data entry, scanning and other administrative tasks
Help maintain a clean, organized and welcoming reception area
Provide general support to various departments as needed
