We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and commercially minded Account Executive to join our Wholesale team. The ideal candidate brings a strong passion for luxury fashion, a proven ability to build and nurture client relationships, and a strategic, analytical approach to driving business growth.

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing wholesale accounts, driving sales, analyzing account performance, and supporting sales forecasting and projections. This role requires someone who can confidently manage multiple accounts, identify opportunities for growth, translate sales insights into actionable strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless experience for our wholesale partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned wholesale accounts, building strong and long-term relationships with key retail partners, while supporting existing account relationships as needed.
\n
• Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive account growth, sell-through, and order volume.
\n
• Analyze sales performance by account, brand, category, and style to inform recommendations and future orders.
\n
• Support sales forecasting, projections, and account planning.
\n
• Maintain strong, consistent communication and provide exceptional service to wholesale partners.
\n
• Manage assortments and allocations for key partners.
\n
• Resolve order, shipping, product, and customer service issues proactively.
\n
• Assist with showroom and market appointments, presentations, and other wholesale initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

\n
• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, wholesale, luxury retail, fashion, or a related field.
\n
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and retail relationships.
\n
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
\n
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and sales reporting.
\n
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sales data and making actionable recommendations.
\n
• Experience with sales forecasting, projections, and account planning preferred.
\n
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
\n
• Luxury resale experience is a plus.
